Graduate Research Conference

The Southwestern Ontario Graduate Mathematics and Statistics Conference (SOGMSC) is a graduate student-organized conference held annually at the University of Guelph.

Now in its fourth year, the aim of the conference is to provide graduate students the opportunity to present their original research and learn about the exciting research being conducted by their peers.

The majority of the program will consist of 15-25 minute presentations by undergraduate and graduate students. There will also be a poster session.

Talks on any topic in mathematics or statistics are welcome! Your talk can be based on completed research, ongoing research, preliminary results or anything and everything in between.

This conference is free to all participants and travel expenses are reimbursed on a first-come, first-serve basis to all conference speakers.
